Intake Sessions:
The purpose of this session is to find out what brought you to counseling and how we can help.
During or prior to this session, we also set up your client portal access which includes online scheduling and access to consent forms, so you can schedule ongoing appointments as needed and take your time reviewing the consent forms.
Session Three and Beyond:
Together, you and your therapist will meet online.
You and your therapist will use proven techniques and approaches to help you heal and feel better as well as feel more supported and able to cope with life’s daily stressors.
Together, you and your counselor will connect in a safe, comfortable space, all from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable.
Final Sessions:
In your final sessions, you will review your goals to ensure you are satisfied with the progress you have made and that the work we have done together has met your expectations.
You will also outline a plan for after therapy has ended so that you are able to continue to utilize all you have learned.
